This notetaking app succeeds at providing a zero-pressure environment for you to just spill whatever is on your mind. It boasts no social features, no invasive tracking, and no vanity metrics. Although the free tier limits you to 100 notes, they offer a basic unlimited tier at just $79/year ($6.59/month).
